Rara is a freshwater lake situated 2900m above the sea level in Nepal, is largest and deepest fresh water originating from flowing waters of the Himalayas. Rara in latin also means ‘Rare’.

Rara brings the traditional Nepalese and Indian food to you like no other. It’s healthy and full of flavour, and prepared with only the freshest of local vegetables and Irish meat produce. We try our best to support local products and local economy.
